Installed as standard are either electric or gas oven and hob, extractor, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble drier together with your choice of ceramic tiling and waterproof wall panel coverings.

Our bathrooms are also everything you would expect from a luxury house builder, with the finest suites and ceramic tiling to walls and floors as per the client’s design.

Elsewhere in your Carneil home you will find quality internal wooden and part glazed doors as well as wood facings and skirtings; central heating with thermostatic control valves on every radiator, a full alarm system with internal sensors, and lounge and dining room ceilings have coving as standard.
