Muir Road, Townhill
The success of Muir Road, Townhill, by Dunfermline – our first prime site in the Kingdom of Fife created in effect a small village of 13 luxury villas and bungalows and set the benchmark for what Carneil Homes is all about.
Gairneybridge, Kinross
This was quickly followed up by our steading developments at Gairneybridge and Kinross involving a combination of traditional stonework with the luxury of modern interiors encompassing meticulous attention to detail, wood finishes and large gardens.
Waulkmill Steadings
We then carried out another steading development, this time at Waulkmill Farm near Dunfermline. This 9 house development consisted of a variety of property types including steadings, a bungalow and individual villas.
Orchard Grove, Crombie
Our next development of 10 houses was Orchard Grove in the village of Crombie again with a mix of villas and bungalows.

We have also built a number of individual properties across Fife and Kinross and carried out a number of extensions, renovations and barn conversions.
The Future, Levenmouth
Our current development at Levenmouth just outside the village of Scotlandwell in rural Kinross-shire currently consists of 5 properties and we are hoping to gain planning permission in the near future to complete the site with another 5 houses. This development offers an attractive rural setting with carefully designed homes which are sympathetic to their countryside surroundings but still offer close proximity to urban areas – truly the best of both worlds
